Morning everyone!
Here are some activities for today…
- Number splat, put lots of numbers on the floor and ask children to splat certain numbers. To help your child to learn to count you could also get your child to count objects to match the number that they splat. In school we use a fly squatter to splat the numbers but you could use anything (wooden spoon etc.).
2. For phonics today, please could you draw or print off lots of different objects and write the matching initial sounds onto pieces of paper and then children have to match them up.
3. Please can you practice your childs name.
4. You could also try to write some numbers starting with 1,2,3.
