There are a couple of local groups which may be really helpful to parents of children with addition learning needs.
SIASS – Salford Information, Advice & Support are inviting parents to an informal drop in for a chat and coffee on Thursday 6th October 10-12 at Swinton Gateway. If you have children with additional needs and are needing further advice and support about this, then do pop along!
ASSP – Autistic Spectrum Support for People has a group every Thursday and Friday 1-3pm at Peel Park Pavillion. The group is there to help support people who have, or are caring for, someone on the autistic spectrum. See below for more details:
