Dance, dance, dance!

Yesterday afternoon in Y2, the children were extremely lucky and took part in a dance session with our very own professional dancer Miss Jackson. They learnt the heart of how to complete dance kicks like a pro, before spending the rest of the dance class learning a whole-group street dance. At the end of the class, the children performed to their friends and learnt how to give positive compliments, as part of being a good audience.

The children enjoyed every minute of the dance session… and both myself and Miss Jackson agreed that we certainly have some budding, future dancers ready for the stage! Strictly here they come…
