We hope you had a lovely break.

As we are going to the zoo in the next few weeks, we have been researching  different animals that we will find in the zoo and also in a pet shop. We all had a turn to participate in the research on the iPads! We discussed the differences in the animals that you would find in the zoo and a pet shop and found out factual information about them too.

This week we have been using our ICT skills to write our names,

some of us are even learning to write our surnames.

We have also found lots of pictures left from the zoo keeper and we created a pictogram using the pictures found in our classroom-we really enjoyed doing this.

Next week we are really looking forward to CBeebies coming into our class. We will be telling them all about our class pets and we might even be on TV. It is so important that you ensure your child’s consent form is sent into school so that they are able to participate.
