Happy New Year 2019!

We would like to Welcome you all back by wishing you all a Very Happy New Year.

We hope that you enjoyed the Christmas holidays and have had lots of festive fun with your families. We are looking forward to hearing all about what the children have been up.

Our new topic is called All Creatures Great and Small, with a specific focus on Dinosaurs.  We will be taking part in lots of fun filled, themed activities during the next few weeks. all-creatures-great-small-kevin-middleton

In Nursery we enjoy finding out about other cultures. This half term we will be exploring Chinese New Year, which is celebrated this year on Tuesday 5th February. We will also be finding out about Valentines Day, which is celebrated on Thursday 14th February and thinking about the people that we love.

During our phonic sessions we will be continuing to take part in a daily Jolly Phonic action song to help the children to think about the sounds that letters make. To access the song then please click the link below. It would be great if you could practise these at home and talk about the sound that your child’s name begins with.

Thank you for your continued support. Please keep checking our Blog and board for more updates.
