Anti Bullying Week 2016

This week (14th-18th November) is Anti Bullying Week.

At St Andrews, we are committed to providing a safe and caring environment for all our children. In school we will be talking about this and there are some places children, parents and carers can go to for further information and advice.

The theme for this year's anti bullying week is Power For Good.

We encourage all our children to talk about any worries that they may have, either to a trusted adult in school, such as their teacher or myself, Grace Thomas, or to a trusted adult out of school, such as their parents and carers. If you have any concerns about your child, you are also welcome to talk to your class teacher or to myself. You can contact me through the school office on 01617903194

The Anti Bullying Alliance has many resources for parents including ‘Top tips for Parents and Children’ at http://www.anti-bullyingalliance.org.uk/resources/top-tips/

The Childline website also provides excellent support and advice at https://www.childline.org.uk/

If you have any questions, do not hesitate to get in touch with us.
