Wow – what a morning we have had!
Today marks the beginning of Anti Bullying Week and, to celebrate this, St Andrews hosted the very first Anti Bullying Schools Convention. We were joined by five other local schools, who all brought members of their school council to share presentations about what their schools do to address bullying.
Every presentation was amazing – the children all talked confidently and impressively about their knowledge of bullying and the measures their school takes to tackle it. There was even a rap in one of them!
We also had an opportunity to ask questions and share ideas, meaning that we could all learn from each other.
A big THANK YOU to all the schools and children who took part. A big thank you also goes to City West, who helped to fund this event.
