Hello,
Today, Year 6 have had a super day with Mrs O’Reilly from Electricity North West.
She brought along lots of circuit boards for the children to make and build circuits using buzzers and bells. Part of the day’s focus was on teamwork, as the children tried different possibilities to direct electricity in a given path.
The children also learned about the hazards of electricity and how to use electricity safely.
This visit has been part of our Science topic ‘Electricity’ for this half-term.
The children have really enjoyed the day.
