This week Yr 6 have been researching the osprey – linked to the book Sky Hawk by Gill Lewis. The children have located the Cairngorms in Scotland and looked at the geographical features, which make this area suitable for nesting osprey. Yr 6 then used Imovie on the iPads; collating all this information together to produce a film. Ask your children about ospreys and I’m sure you will be amazed what they have learned.
