What a joyful end to the week this morning’s Family Worship by Y1 was! The African dancing and entertaining re-telling of the story, “Handa’s Surprise!” was a real treat and the large number of family members who attended thoroughly enjoyed it.
Yesterday I travelled to London to Church House at Westminster to start my training on how Anglican and Methodist Schools are inspected for their Religious Character. I met with headteachers from all over the country from a wide variety of contexts. Church House is situated by Westminster Abbey, and next to Westminster Cathedral Choir School. Our Y6 pupils are visiting the Houses of Parliament at the end of March and I know they are going to have an amazing experience.
