The children were entranced by today’s visitor to our worship.
Sandy Sanyang has set up a school for infant children in a small village in the Gambia. The children had lots of questions for Sandy about the lifestyle of the pupils in her school and some of the challenges they face. We hope that parents/carers will feel able to donate any unwanted items of school uniform over the next week to be shipped to the Gambia. These will be shipped over to the Gambia during the summer holidays. Sandy has promised to send us photographs of the children wearing them once they arrive!
