Y4 have absolutely worked their socks off this week!
For World Book Day they wrote fabulous reviews of their favourite books and did a fabulous piece of descriptive writing using The Jungle Book as a stimulus.
This morning we introduced our new class text, “Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone.” We will be doing a unit of literacy work using this book over the next three weeks. If your child has a copy of this book, they are welcome to bring it into school to use during the topic.
The icing on the cake is that we had fantastic attendance- let’s see if we can get 100% next week too!
