Year 6 Bikeability

Year 6 have really enjoyed their Bikeability week.

The course will included skills exercises on the playground. This was followed by basic manoeuvres on local roads for those who have reached the required standard of cycle control.

Year 6 children needed a roadworthy cycle and a cycle helmet and had to attend each day of the course for them to achieve a Bikeability award level 1 or 2.

Look at how well the children could manoeuvre, using hand signals.
