Using an old box and some plastic cups or toilet rolls, make an addition game.
Children can put objects down the cups or toilet rolls and add the amount together afterwards. Children can even decorate the box theirselves which will make it even more fun.
Write different cvc words down on cards and children have to pick one and find the corresponding letters which h you can write on small pieces of card or paper. Next, children have to blend the letters together.
I have uploaded a few creative activities too which are easy to do at home.
Find a large branch with lots of twigs that come off it and children have to hunt for different leaves and stick them on to look like a tree. You could even go on a walk to collect the leaves too.
