In reception we celebrated bonfire night in lots of ways.
We learnt about Guy Fawkes and a little bit about what happened hundreds of years ago.
We then looked at fireworks and talked about the colours and shapes. We made a firework picture of our own using the paints and a tube as a stamp.
Look at the bonfire we made as a class!
Then we made some chocolate sparklers and some hot chocolate. Listened to what Damien the fire fighter had to say – he told us how to keep safe on Bonfire Night. We then watched our firework display, we could hear the noises and saw some of the bright colours!
