St Andrew's had a great day dressing up in red for Comic Relief. The red noses sold within two days and with the children's contribution from wearing red, we have raised £337 that will be sent to this charity.

A big thank you to all parents and grandparents who supported their children at the y5/y6 Geography themed workshop.
Children were challenged with plotting the Eiffel Tower using coordinates, locating mountains on a world map, using compass points to find landmarks and our new QR code quiz ( which I know was a challenge).

Today the school council had the fantastic opportunity to visit the Mayors chambers and questioning not only the Mayor himself, but also the Little Hulton Councillor Kate Lewis. The children had the chance to find out what life was like as a real councillor, as well as discussing important issues concerning our school and community. ...more
I would just like to say a big thank you to all who attended the year 3 and year 4 workshop. The theme was ‘Harvest’ and the children made Autumn leaves hedgehogs, corn pictures using popcorn, cotton bud trees, scarecrows on sticks and there was even an Harvest quiz.
