Welcome Back!

Welcome back Everyone! We hope that you have enjoyed a lovely half term. We have lots of exciting things planned for this half term. It is a busy but very fun time of the year and we can’t wait to spend it with your children. This half term our topic will be called Winter Wonderland. We have attached the newsletter below which will outline the different things that will be covered. If you have any questions at all please do not hesitate to ask. As you are aware we also have a Nursery notice board (located near the Nursery door). Please continue to check this as we update it regularly to let you know what we have been up to, which will allow you to talk about experiences with your child.

AUTUMN 2 NEWSLETTER WINTER WONDERLAND

Winter-Wonderland

In Early Years children learn through play based activities both inside and outside the classroom regardless of the Great British weather. As the temperature is now dropping please could we ask that all children come to school wearing a warm coat and that legs are covered. Joggers are ideal for this time of year but if you do wish for your child to wear a skirt then these should be worn with warm tights. It would be great if the children could also wear a winter hat to school everyday. We can then keep them in the group boxes and return them each day. Please could we also remind parents that long hair must be tied up each day to prevent any unwanted visitors as much as possible. If you haven’t done so already, please send in a pair of wellington boots that can be kept in school.
