Welcome back! We hope that you have had a lovely, fun filled half term break. We are looking forward to hearing all about what the children have been up to. We can’t quite believe that this will be their very last half term in Nursery. It doesn’t seem two minutes ago since the children visited us last year!
We will initially be continuing with finding out all about The Farm and Growing in preparation for our school trip to Smithills Farm. Please send your permission slips and payment in as soon as possible as adult spaces will be selected on a first come first served basis. As soon as places have been confirmed we will let you know and will be sending out a further letter containing details etc.
The last few weeks our topic will be Sea Adventures. The children will be finding out all about different animals that live in the ocean and about pirates. We will be taking part in lots of fun activities linked to these. Please click on the link below to view our class Topic letter which will provide more details about what we are covering.
This half term we will also be having our Summer Mix-Up sessions. These sessions will provide an opportunity for you to try some summer themed activities with your child. Please send in your permission slips in order to book a place. There will be biscuits available for donations in order to raise money for our outdoor area that is shared with Reception.
